Decomposer Reactor
In May 2018 OLMAR delivered a decomposer reactor to be installed in a fertilizer plant located in Russia, Samara region
The Decomposer is a resident time reactor to increase the breakdown of Melam and Melem and the conversion of OATs into their more easily soluble sodium salts. The pressure inside the decomposer is controlled by means of fed or release of nitrogen. To better control the temperature of the outlet product the lower part of the decomposer is completely jacketed
