"Shell & Tube" Condenser

OLMAR and General Electric have signed a contract for the supply of a Condenser with more than 3000 exchanger tubes in 254 SMO, a Nichel-Chromium-Molybdenum alloy designed for maximum resistance to pitting and crevice corrosion

Inspected by Bureau Veritas according to the European Code EN 13445 CE/PED, the condenser is installed in a chemical plant in Belgium

  • 1 - tubesheets cladding with electroslag strip process (base material SS 316L ; WO Inconel 625)
  • 2 - tubes to tubesheet welding with automatic TIG process
  • 3 - bonnets internal lining
  • 4 - bonnets during the assembly phases
